This Request form DOES NOT GO TO YOUR BUILDING's STAFF OR MANAGEMENT, and should NOT be used to report repair problems or make any requests of your front desk, superintendent, or property manager. To communicate with your building staff or property manager, log into BuildingLink and use the "Repair Requests" button, or the "Communicate" button.
